Helsinki, Finland has the 96/100 mark as the city to live in. In 2011, the Monocle Magazine declared the capital and the largest Finish city to be the most liveable city around the globe. In EIU liveability survey in August 2012 this city was placed as the 8th liveable city in the world.
Vancouver, Canada is the coastal city has the 97.3/100 mark according to EIU survey and this makes this seaport city very attractive place to live in. Vancouver Real Estate agencies have an important job to do, because each year more and more people from Canada and abroad decide to move to this, at this moment, 8th largest city in Canada.
Vienna, Austria scores an overall rating of 97.4/100 according to August 2012 Economist Intelligence Unit’s liveability survey. The capital city of Austria has 23 districts (Bezirk) that vary immensely both in size and flair. Even as a tourist, you will feel safe in this city, because there are not districts or slums you should avoid. So, at any time of day or night you can walk through this romantic, yet large city if you only use common sense.
Besides these cities we mentioned, Perth, Sidney, Adelaide and Melbourne in Australia are very liveable according to this survey, as well as Toronto and Calgary in Canada. So, next time you choose travel destination why not to choose something both safe and attractive?
