What’s Available at London’s Stansted Airport?

London’s Stansted Airport, also known as Camp Stansted, can be called a budget traveler’s airport if there is something like that. The airport is so popular that you should arrive here quite early so as to secure a good place. And early can mean 10 pm on some nights. If it is your first time at London’s Stansted Airport you can easily recognize the regular sleepers as they will be about to erect their tents or inflate their air mattresses off the corner. Hundreds of sleeping bodies spread throughout the airport lounge during the peak season is something weird yet amazing. In that regard, the airport should be called the most sleeper-friendly airport of the world! Along with that, food and showers too are available 24 hours a day. You just have to get there early and carry your bedding.

Stansted Airport features two paid access lounges that all travelers can use regardless of carrier or class of service. You can purchase the entry at the door. Or you can pre-book too in order to get a seat guaranteed.

Hilton Hotel: This is 10 minutes away from the airport.
Premier Inn: This is 15 minutes away from the airport. You can reach here by their shuttle bus which runs every 30 minutes.

Games and Arcade Games: They are offered by Voyager Entertainment.
ATM: They are present all through the airport.
Eateries: 24-hour operating restaurants, cafés and eateries are available in plenty.
